The Design Partnership have provided Magenta Shores architectural and urban design services since 2013. Magenta Shores is located north of The Entrance and is in the top 25 of Australia's golf courses.
Not only a golf course, Magenta Shores is residential community and tourist destination.
bonnells bay
The Design Partnership are engaged to prepare a Development Application for three residential flat buildings in Bonnells Bay. The development proposes 32 dwellings over three buildings in two locations. The built form seeks to reflect a townhouse style character opposed to a traditional residential flat building -to be more sympathetic to the local area.
mayfield townhouses
The Design Partnership were engaged to prepare a Development Application for townhouses in Mayfield. The development provided four townhouses which were designed to maximise natural light and ventilation.
The facade was designed to integrate into the existing streetscape architectural character.
