KENDALL MAIN STREET MASTERPLAN

The Design Partnership were engaged by Port Macquarie - Hastings Council to prepare a concept Masterplan for the main street of Kendall. The village of Kendall is named for the historic poet Henry Kendall who once lived in the area.

The main street upgrade provides opportunities for a new village hub featuring a playground, skate park, market area, amenities block and carpark. The masterplan upgrades the road to improve intersections and access to existing businesses.

OAKS ESTATE VILLAGE MASTERPLAN

Prepared by The Design Partnership in collaboration with the ACT Government, the Oaks Estate Master Plan outlined a vision, strategies, recommendations and outcomes that will guide growth and development over the next 30 years. It defined what is important about Oaks Estate and the opportunities for preserving and enhancing the character and quality of that place. Due to Oaks Estates unique geographic and heritage context it is under consideration for inclusion on the Heritage Places Register which will provide ongoing protection for this significant site.

THE ENTRANCE TOWN CENTRE MASTERPLAN

Our relationship began in approximately 2010 when The Design Partnership (TDP) and Lantz Marshall were engaged by Central Coast Tourism and NSW Trade and Investment to prepare a Tourism and Economic Strategy for The Entrance.  The opportunities identified were wide ranging, exciting and ground breaking.

The second stage of our involvement was the preparation of a Masterplan and Public Domain Plan for Wyong Shire Council (now Central Coast Council)
