Kristy sits on numerous Urban Design Review Panels for local government and advises on various public and private developments. Kristy acts as an expert witness for Land and Environment Court matters about Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) on behalf of the local government.
Kristy works with many high-profile and well-regarded professionals and guides a straightforward process that improves design outcomes for future occupants, visitors and management of public and private developments. These design outcomes enhance the liveability of the places we call home - strengthening our communities and their well-being. Her core expertise in Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) has a powerful impact on our places. It can be achieved through intelligent decisions early in the design process - her expertise in Art and Culture - to community well-being and public safety. Kristy has been instrumental in developing policy and strategic planning to guide better outcomes for public art.
Kristy has a Bachelor of Science (Architecture) and a Bachelor of Architecture, is a registered architect (ARB NSW No. 9254) and trained with the NSW Police to study Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED).
